Zumiez Catalog Shoot 2025

Shot on location at a real bar, we turned the cover shoot into an actual party. We cast four pro models and filled the rest of the room with Zumiez store team and home office crew. Everyone got beer, music, and a character prompt (The Meltdown, The Host, The Main Character, etc.)—and then we let it unfold.

We worked closely with Buying to match each persona with the right product, so the fits felt lived-in and true to character. Everyone came styled for their role, and the photo team—used to more controlled setups—was coached to treat it like a live event: stay alert, follow the energy, and shoot what happens.

I art directed, shot, and ran the entire thing in real time. We left with images that don’t just look like a night out—they were one.
